01Does the customer need an app?
No. They scan the QR, a page opens in their browser, they type their number. That’s it.
02iPhone? Android?
On iPhone, the customer adds the order to Apple Wallet in one tap: the lock screen lights up when it’s ready. On Android, they allow notifications and the phone rings. Either way, the open page rings too.
03Do I need internet at the counter?
Yes, a basic connection (Wi-Fi or 4G) for the counter tablet or phone.
04What about customer data?
No account, no name, no phone number. Only the ticket number is kept, and alert data is deleted as soon as the order is over.
05What if I want to stop?
