Fast food: call orders without shouting or buzzers

In a fast-food restaurant every minute counts. Orders come out fast, numbers fly by, and customers pile up at the pickup counter. YallaReady alerts each customer on their phone as soon as their order is ready.

Calmer order pickup

When paying, the customer scans the QR and types their ticket number, then sits down. When the tray is ready, staff tap the number: the phone rings and the customer comes to collect.

The till updates live on every team screen. Wrong number? An « Undo » button puts the order back for a few seconds.

A TV screen for the dining room

For customers who prefer watching a screen, YallaReady can show ready numbers on a TV or tablet in the room (rolling out).
