How it works in a café
A QR poster sits on the counter. After paying, the customer scans it with their phone camera: a page opens and they type the number printed on their receipt. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Behind the counter, the till shows waiting orders on a tablet or phone. When the drink is ready, the barista taps the number. The customer’s phone rings and vibrates, even on the lock screen on iPhone thanks to Apple Wallet.
What changes at the counter
The barista stops shouting numbers over the music and the grinder. Customers no longer crowd the counter: they wait seated and come when it’s ready. Hot drinks leave hot.
- Less noise and fewer people at the till
- Drinks served at the right temperature
- One extra move for the barista: tap the number
- Works with the receipt you already print
Made for Tunisian cafés
The customer page speaks Derja, French and English: each customer picks their language. There is no hardware to buy, charge or clean, and nothing to collect at closing. If a customer has no phone, you call them as usual: the till shows which orders have no alert.
Follow your numbers from your phone: orders, share of customers with an alert, delay between « Ready » and the phone.
